• It is NOT my responsibility to replace mail that is lost due to an incorrect address, so PLEASE triple check that it is correct. If it's returned to me it will only be reshipped if you repay for shipping, or you can request a refund of your items sans the shipping fee.

• All orders are packed in a home with cats and birds, so I can't guarantee that the package will be totally free of any pet hair though I do try my best!

• I'm not responsible for any customs and import duties, or any other local postal requirements that may be issued by your country, and you will have to take care of those yourself! It's totally out of my control so please make sure you're aware of possible costs before ordering.

Order Processing

Please understand that all packages are processed and handled by one person.

All packages ship once a week on Thursdays.

Pre-order processing times vary depending on the item. Make sure to read all individual pre-order descriptions for estimated times.

Address Changes

Changes to the address can be made as the order has not been shipped. All packages ship once a week on Thursdays unless otherwise stated. To request an address change please send an email to arachroybusiness@hotmail.com with your full name, order number, and the new/correct address. 

If your order has already been shipped, we will have to wait until the package is returned back t me before I can resend the package to the correct address. This process can take up to 3 weeks or more depending on the post office.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24h of purchase. There WILL be a 10% processing and restocking fee on all cancellations.  Refunds will only be distributed back via original payment method. To request a cancellation please send an email to arachroybusiness@hotmail.com with your name, order number, and contact information.
